Standard texts for contracts
The following websites offer standard texts for the most important contracts and documents for free download. Note: MedLife e.V. has no influence on the wording of the contract texts. They are merely intended to provide assistance in drawing up contracts and do not claim to be complete or correct. Sometimes it may be the case that some changes to the templates are necessary in order to meet the requirements of your own company and current legal developments. It is also advisable to consult a specialist lawyer to check that the contract is correct. Accordingly, MedLife e.V. cannot be held liable for the (re)formulation of the texts on the following pages.
In the German Standard Setting Institute (GESSI) project, which it launched together with the Business Angel Network Germany (BAND), the Startup Association has provided the most important contracts and documents, standard texts for startups, business angels and other investors. Here you will find sample proposals for convertible loans, term sheets, financing rounds, employee participation, NDA, shareholder resolution, etc. in German and English.

On the homepage of the IHK Frankfurt there is an overview of sample contracts for all companies, such as employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, etc.
The IHK Munich also offers sample contracts. In addition to employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDA), there are also templates for company purchase agreements, etc.. The templates are arranged in alphabetical order for quick orientation.
